Meet Viktor Shokin

Viktor Shokin was the Billon Dollar Prosecutor General of Ukraine. One-billion dollars was the price tag that Joe Biden gave for replacing him with someone else to hold the title of lead attorney of Ukraine. In 2015, Viktor Shokin was called out of retirement and appointed to Prosecutor General of Ukraine, replacing disgraced Vitaly Yarema who was ousted due to corruption. Within a year, Shokin’s leadership had stellar results, with statistics showing his positive impacts to reducing crime and corruption in Ukraine.
Yet, Shokin’s excellent achievements as Prosecutor General steered him towards investigating corruption in Ukraine that led to the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, its infamous owner Mikola Zlochevsky and the Burisma board of directors’ member, Hunter Biden. Despite Shokin’s clean record as prosecutor general the Ukrainian President at the time, Petro Poroshenko, called for Shokin’s resignation based on the leading from then U.S. Vice President Joe Biden with the assistance of the billion-dollar price tag. Shokin’s autobiographical account in “Bidens Corruption and War” not only retells the political persecution he experienced that resulted from his effective work to combat corruption, which ultimately led to his dismissal. His story also describes o the overtaking of the Ukrainian government and legal systems by democratic influencers since the 2014 Euro Maiden events in Ukraine, spearheaded at the time by leaders such as Joe Biden. He shares about the institutionalized systems of corruption, financial laundering, bribery and embezzlement that were established as a result.
